Cathedral Schoolwas founded on May 2, 1995 as the first American Type School in Santo Domingo East. It was founded by Mrs. Delores Sanchez, the current director of the school and her mother Mirian Joa. At the time it was just a preschool called "One, Two, Three," with an enrollment of 45 students.
Our goal as an institution was to satisfy the need of families to have a succes education in english with a high academic standars, and promote the practice of universal values.
We started in our current campus on July 12th 2000, located on Juan Goyco Alix Street # 1, Ens. Ozama, offering the Early Childhood education and Elementary school. We continued expanding our services and building new facilities for the Middle and High School in a short period of time, because of our great dedication and effort, we have become an institution of great prestige in the community of Santo Domingo East.
